Our Story
Austin Yard Oasis was founded in 2025 by Jared Kosser-Smith after years of hearing the same complaint from Austin homeowners: crews that showed up late, skipped details and never answered the phone. We built the opposite — a small, family-focused landscaping company where the owner is the person who quotes your project, manages the crew and walks the finished yard with you.
Today we care for residential lawns, commercial grounds and pre-listing real estate properties across Austin, TX and the surrounding Hill Country communities. From weekly mowing and bed mulching to sod installation, xeriscaping, rock work and excavation, every project runs on the same standard: show up on time, communicate clearly and leave the property better than we found it.
